Shipping policy

Each order takes between 3-7 business days to be worked on and 3-4 days days (approximately) to arrive at you once the order gets shipped through the carrier selected. Our estimated shipping time is between 1-2 weeks depending on the season. We appreciate your patience.

We have various shipping options. Please make sure that you choose what suits you best.

Please note that our estimated shipping and arrival time refers to standard working days. Holidays, weather conditions, and the wrong address provided will cause a delay in your delivery. We will collect duties and import taxes at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible if your package arrives late or it is lost due to how the carrier is working and handling the package.

We will notify you if any item is a backorder or out of stock. If so, we will place a refund (see refund policy). Your package will be shipped once we have all the items in your order ready.
