We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Since our designs are handmade and made-to-order, please review our policy below for a smooth shopping experience.


 

1. Returns:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).

  • Exclusions:
    Because each UNIQUE piece is handmade and made-to-order, we’re unable to offer refunds for custom orders created with specific measurements, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

    We want you to absolutely love your garment — every piece is crafted with care and intention once your order is placed. For that reason, we don’t issue refunds for changes of mind or fit preferences. However, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or store credit so you can find a piece that feels perfect for you.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

2. Exchanges:

  • If your item doesn’t fit or you’d prefer a different style or size, we offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

  • We are happy to offer custom alterations to make your piece fit perfectly. Please see our Customs Alterations Policy.

  • Please contact us at info@unique-official.com with your order number, and we’ll gladly assist you with the best option — whether that’s finding a better fit, choosing another design, or receiving store credit toward a future purchase.

    We truly appreciate your support for slow fashion and handmade craftsmanship. Your patience and understanding allow us to create intentionally, sustainably, and with love.

 

3. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We take quality seriously, and every piece is inspected before shipment.

  • Once reviewed, we will offer a solution based on the condition of the item, which may include a repair, exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

  • Please note:
    • Items that show signs of wear, improper handling, or damage after being worn or tried on are not eligible for a full refund.

    • We reserve the right to inspect the item before confirming it as defective.

    • Full refunds are only issued if the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.


4. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

 

5. How to Return/Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at llcuniqueofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with further instructions.

 

Please be advised this resolution is subject to change once it has passed quality control via the returns team at our warehouse provided that: 



1. The item must be 
in original condition with all the tags still attached.

2. The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan).

3.The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder).

4. The item is reported & returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.


HOW TO DO A RETURN STEP BY STEP:

Step 1. Report within 14 days of receiving your package at our email: llcuniqueofficial@gmail.com

Please include: Name, Order Number and Reason of return/exchange. (No judgment, we care about our customers and we are always looking out ways to improve).


Step 2. The item(s) must be shipped/returned to our address within 14 days from delivery date in order to receive a full refund and/or exchange if applicable.

Step 3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


APPROVAL OR REJECTION
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. 


The piece must be in the exact perfect condition as it was sent, otherwise the exchange will not be processed and we will have to send the piece back to you with an extra shipping fee that you will have to pay for. If the item does not reach us safely, we will not be held responsible.



RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item! It may not be necessary for you to process a return and could, in fact, slow things down. Please contact customer support (llcuniqueofficial@gmail.com) and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Custom Alterations Policy

We are happy to offer custom alterations to make your piece fit perfectly. Here's what you need to know about our alteration process:

 

1. Custom Alterations:

  • Availability: Custom alterations are available for most of our handmade designs. If you're interested in alterations (such as resizing, adjusting fit, or other modifications), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss your specific needs.

  • Alteration Fee: A flat fee of $75 will apply for all custom alterations. This includes the cost of labor and materials for the alterations.

  • Free Shipping for Alterations: We offer free return shipping on alterations within the U.S. once the alterations are completed.

  • Alteration Instructions: To proceed with your alterations, please provide clear and detailed instructions and specific measurements when you contact us to our email (llcuniqueofficial@gmail.com). Your instructions should be as precise as possible to ensure the alterations are done to your liking.

 

2. Payment for Alterations:

  • PayPal Payments: Payment for alterations must be made via PayPal before we begin the alteration process. We will send you an invoice for the alteration fee, and work will only commence once the payment is received.

 

3. International Shipping for Alterations:

  • Shipping Costs: For international customers, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garment to and from us for alterations. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. The customer is also responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

 

4. Limitations:

  • Non-refundable: Alterations are non-refundable once completed, as the work is specific to your garment and preferences. Please double-check your instructions and sizing before confirming alterations.

  • Fit and Accuracy: We do our best to ensure the alterations are done correctly. However, we are not responsible for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.

 

5. Turnaround Time:

  • Alterations typically take an additional 7-14 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the changes. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
