How long does it take an order?
Each order takes between 2-7 business days to be worked on and 3-4 days days (approximately) to arrive at you once the order gets shipped through USPS. Our estimated shipping time is between 1-2 weeks depending on the season. We appreciate your patience.

We will notify you if any item is a backorder or out of stock. If so, we will place a refund (see refund policy). Your package will be shipped once we have all the items in your order ready.

Please note that our estimated shipping and arrival time refers to standard working days. Holidays, weather conditions, and the wrong address provided will cause a delay in your delivery.

We have various shipping options. Please make sure that you choose what suits you best.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible if your package arrives late due to how the carrier is working and handling the package.

My tracking number says my package was delivered, but I haven't received it.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages. If your package has not arrived within 3 days of the delivery date, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are unable to file a claim for customers.

Does UNIQUE do wholesale?
Unfortunately we do not.

We offer worldwide shipping

Can I make adjustments to my order?
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order, adding or removing items from the order, editing the order or changing the shipping address the order is being sent to.

I forgot to add my discount code. Can you apply it after I placed the order?
Once an order is placed we cannot retroactively apply the discount code. Please save this code for your next order!

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your junk mail or contact our customer service team.
